AdvisoRanx is an interactive bilingual website that offers the Canadian public the ability to undertake the following.

• Review and rate professionals registered with at least one provincial or territorial securities regulator in Canada to give financial and/or investment advice to the public (defined herein as “registered advisors”).
• Search for registered advisors and make informed decisions before engaging any such registered advisors.
• Access blogs and other educational publications dealing with personal finance.

The AdvisoRanx site also gives registered advisors the ability to claim their profile free of charge in order to add professional details about themselves that might be useful to the public. 

Why Do We Do It?

Your financial health is of the utmost importance to you. It influences your lifestyle, your peace of mind, your comfort during retirement, and your ability to support your loved ones.

There are more than 120,000 registered advisors in Canada who give financial and/or investment advice to the public. Not all of the registered advisors have the same type of registration, experience, or licenses. This in turn may affect the type of advice given, the types of investments offered, the breadth of a registered advisor’s expertise in personal finance, how a registered advisor’s compensation is determined, and the types of fees that can be charged.

That’s where we come in. We allow you to rate and review your advisor(s), read other users’ reviews, and find the advisor(s) that suit your needs. We also invite you to leave reviews detailing your own experiences which could subsequently help other users.
